A full service recruiting firm, we recruit and fill positions from Entry level to Chief Financial Officers. Our candidate pool is identified primarily through our own recruiting efforts. We rarely advertise, preferring to create a pool of candidates through referrals and direct recruiting efforts.

We make every effort to meet all candidates that we represent and provide our clients with the benefits of those discussions. We also provide input on salary negotiations, offer packages, reference checking and arranging final details on the offer and acceptance.
